What this page is
Rollectto (rolletto.com) is an online casino that we previously reviewed on this site. We are replacing that review with this factual page, because the earlier version contained “hands-on” claims we cannot evidence, and because Rollectto’s position for UK customers is one we could not clear. This page states what is verifiable, what is not, and the risks for customers based in Great Britain.
Licensing: what we can and cannot verify
- UK Gambling Commission: Rollectto does not appear on the UKGC public register of gambling businesses (checked 19 October 2026, search “rolletto” — zero results). It does not hold a UK operating licence, and we cannot recommend it to readers in Great Britain.
- Licences the site displays: the rolletto.com website loads two dynamic licence badges in its footer — a Curaçao Gaming Board (GCB) verification badge (linked to the GCB’s domain-validation service for rolletto.com) and an Anjouan Gaming licence widget (reference ID published in the site’s own JavaScript). We were not able to independently confirm either badge against the issuing regulators from our network, so treat both as “as displayed on the site”, not as verified.
- What this means for UK readers: offering online gambling to customers in Great Britain without a UKGC licence is not lawful, and UK consumer protections — the UKGC complaint process, the operator’s independent dispute-resolution scheme, and the GAMSTOP self-exclusion service — do not apply to a non-UK-licensed site.
The offer as advertised
The offer currently advertised on this site’s Rollectto card is a 150% bonus up to £500 plus 50 free spins on a first deposit of at least £20/$20/€20, with 30× wagering on the deposit plus bonus over 30 days, a £5 maximum bet, and a list of excluded games. These terms come from the card’s T&C block (captured 16 October 2026); we have not verified them against the operator’s live site. Note that 30× wagering on deposit plus bonus is far above the 10× cap the UKGC requires of its own licence holders — a further reason to treat the offer with caution.
Reputation signals (unverified)
- We could not find any regulator (UKGC or otherwise) enforcement action naming Rollectto.
- We found no independent UK consumer-protection body covering this operator, which is what you would expect for a non-UK-licensed casino.
- User complaints: we have not located a substantial verified complaint record, but neither can we verify the absence of one.
Why we no longer recommend it to UK readers
- No UKGC licence — the core consumer-protection layer for GB-based players is absent.
- The licences the site displays (Curaçao, Anjouan) could not be independently confirmed by us.
- Our previous “hands-on” review described experiences we have no evidence for; that content has been removed.
- The advertised 30× deposit-plus-bonus wagering exceeds what UK-licensed casinos are allowed to impose, which tells you something about whose rules the offer is designed around.
If you already have an account
If you have deposited with Rollectto and have a problem, start with the operator’s own support. Because the site is not UK-licensed, there is no UK regulator to escalate to. Keep records of everything (dates, amounts, correspondence) and seek consumer advice if needed.
Research and verification
- UKGC public register (gamblingcommission.gov.uk/public-register/businesses), search “rolletto”: no results. Checked 19 Oct 2026.
- rolletto.com site inspection: footer licence widgets identified (GCB + Anjouan) from the site’s own code, 16 Oct 2026; independent confirmation not possible from our network.
- Public third-party articles (2026): several state Rollectto holds no active UKGC licence; consistent with our register check.
- Our own testing: none. We did not register an account, deposit or withdraw funds, or contact the operator’s support.
- Could not verify: the operator’s legal entity, the status of the displayed Curaçao and Anjouan licences, and the live terms of the advertised bonus.
